Flock Mobility raises £1m to drive expansion and reinvent how organisations move people

London, UK, Flock Mobility, the UK cleantech startup transforming how organisations run shared transport, has secured £1 million in funding to fuel its next phase of growth. The round includes backing from Skyscanner founder Gareth Williams and a Boston-based family office, signalling strong investor confidence in Flock’s mission and momentum.

Flock’s AI-powered platform helps enterprise and public sector customers run smarter, greener, more efficient fleets - cutting costs, boosting utilisation, and driving down emissions. With demand increasing across both private and public markets, the funding will support Flock’s expansion into new verticals and accelerate product development.

“This investment is a major vote of confidence in what we’re building,” said Terry Yoell, Co-founder and CEO. “We’ve already proven the model with the NHS and Berkeley Group. Now we’re scaling fast into new sectors and new regions.”

Flock has appointed two new senior leaders to support this growth: Samuel Ellis joins as Head of Growth, and Rob Larmour as Head of Operations. The company is also hiring across product, data, and operations, focusing on expanding its optimisation engine and AI capabilities.

Unlike traditional shuttle providers or mobility platforms focused on single-use cases, Flock’s platform dynamically matches EV supply to real-time user demand, supporting everything from scheduled shuttles and demand-responsive shared rides to self-drive options. The platform’s modular approach enables multi-purpose fleet use throughout the day, maximising ROI for operators and partners.
